Two new videos released by the producers give the fans more hints about what to expect from the highly anticipated “Game of Thrones” Season 5. The first video is a new trailer of the upcoming season and the second video shows the cast members talking about the upcoming season. [Spoiler alert]

The new trailer of “Game of Thrones” Season 5 features Melisandre lighting a fire at what appears to be a sacrifice to the red god R’hllor. The previous episodes showed her talking about the power in the blood of a king and how this power can be harnessed to help Stannis Baratheon in his quest for the Iron Throne.

Stannis Baratheon currently holds the “king beyond the Wall,” Mance Rayder. A previous video from the upcoming season showed Jon Snow and Mance talking about saving the Free Folk from the coming winter and the horrors it will bring. The new trailer also features some action sequences in the north, with even Jon Snow joining the battle.

The other notable scenes in the “Game of Thrones” Season 5 trailer is Tyrion Lannister looking at a dragon from a boat, Jorah Mormont fighting in the arena with Daenerys watching and Brienne of Tarth fighting someone on horseback.

The second video shows some of the cast members at the “Game of Thrones” Season 5 premiere event, talking about what to expect from the upcoming season. Emilia Clarke says in the video that the show just got bigger this time around and that some of the things that the fans are waiting to see in the show are “just glimpsing of the horizon.”

Sophie Turner, who plays the role of Sansa Stark, talks about how some of the storylines will be overlapping in the upcoming season. Alfie Allen, who plays the role of Theon Greyjoy, adds that some of the characters who haven’t even met will get to spend more time together in the upcoming season.

Executive producer David Benioff notes that with each new season the TV series is getting “more divergent” from the books, on which the show is based on. The actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau reveals that the “whole storyline is off books for Jaime” in “Game of Thrones” Season 5.
