Another Naughty Dog person in the form of lead artist Nate Wells joins the bevy of departures as he leaves his most recent and well-known work The Last of Us to join Giant Sparrow, which is in charge of The Unfinished Swan.

"Yes, I joined the wild, wacky, and ultimately brilliant folks at #GiantSparrow on April 3rd," said Wells in his Twitter as quoted by Games Industry.

This follows previous instances of departures, starting with Amy Hennig and Justin Richmond, both of whom had been working on Sony's The Last of Us.

There have been no comments yet about the departure or about what would happen next to the two titles that have so far experienced major departures. As for Wells, he'll be joining a study that is supposedly currently working on a project codenamed Edith Finch.

Game Informer adds that this project has a similar feel to The Unfinished Swan, though not a direct sequel of the title.

Snoop Dogg and a drill instructor coming to COD

Something new is coming to Call of Duty: Ghosts. Actually, make that two new things, the first being Snoop Dogg's presence, at least his voice, in Activision's game.

Rollingstone reports that Snoop Dogg will have his own voice pack for Ghosts, where you'll be feeling in the hood while playing the game. According to the source, Snoop Dogg was able to enjoy free rein for some of his lines, even though he was following a dialogue made by the writers.

Aside from Snoop Dogg, Ghosts will now get the Drill Instructor voice pack, which will technically give you someone who will bark orders from now on. According to GameRant, the actor who will be portraying the drill instructor is none other than R. Lee Emy, who is a true-to-life drill instructor himself.

The Drill Instructor Pack is already out, but you can check out a sample of what you'll be getting in the trailer below.

New games for the Xbox One?

Now that the next-gen battle has shifted from the hardware of the Xbox One and PS4 to the games being offered, Microsoft is also gearing up to ensure that it doesn't get left behind by Sony.

DualShockers reports that Rare Studios is planning a number of things for the Xbox One. And while it's easy to just remake past IPs from the studios, it seems that the studio's main goal is to create something great-and are already in the process of doing so.

"It's not about remaking something that we've loved fifteen years ago, ten years ago. It's about looking where the industry is going, looking at what we can do that's different," said Craig Duncan, senior studio director, during Major Nelson's podcast, as quoted by DualShockers.

"We have a number of ideas bubbling as we work towards new projects."
