"Update 1.01 for #MinecraftPS3 is rolling out now across North America."

Battlefield 4's lawsuit and another patch
As if the issue of fixing bugs and putting some future projects on hold was not enough, EA still also has to face a lawsuit over Battlefield 4.
The charges, reports GameSpot is said to be misleading statements related to the game, which then led to the rise of the shares of the company and allowed EA executives to sell shares at a higher price.
Included in the charges is the fact that the PS4 version of Battlefield 4 has had several bugs that then caused potential delay of future projects. But EA is confident that the charge won't bear fruit, as there is no ground for it.

"We believe these claims are meritless. We intend to aggressively defend ourselves, and we're confident the court will dismiss the complaint in due course," said the EA representative in an interview with GameSpot.
Of course, this comes before the new document that had surfaced, detailing the EA executives' sharing of sales even before Battlefield 4 was released.
Meanwhile, another patch has been released by DICE following the trio of releases for the PS4, PS3, and Xbox 360.
Joystiq has listed down the complete patch notes for the Battlefield 4 Xbox One fix, which was the most recently released. Again, the focus is on fixing the kill trade issue, graphical glitches, bugs, instances of being stuck in the game, camera problems, and other bugs.

Assassin's Creed pushing forward in 2014
Even though Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag is still pretty hot on both current and next-gen consoles, publisher Ubisoft is said to be working on two more Assassin's Creed games, which will be slated for release in 2014.
And this time, it will be a division for console departments, as one game will be solely for the current-gen PS3 and Xbox 360 and the other for the next-gen PS4 and Xbox One, reports CVG.
But what's missing are the versions for other platforms, like the PC and Wii U, since the latest installment, Black Flag, released in the latter two platforms. For now, most of these seem to be speculation in the eyes of Ubisoft, as the developer did not comment on the upcoming 2014 Assassin's Creed games.
