Gaming Rumours: Batman: Arkham Origins Follow-up; Game of Thrones in Development and Mass Effect 4 Detailed by Fan
"Batman: Arkham Origins" is still enjoying its run, particularly with the more recent release date of "Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate" for the Nintendo 3DS and PS Vita.
Unlike the former title, "Blackgate" has received more criticisms than praise, particularly because the porting and transfer of the different controls and aspects of the console game did not translate well for the handheld consoles.
In fact, Comicbook.com has noted that there were several brilliant points that "Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate" could have pursued and yet failed to execute for the game.
For those wanting an immediate follow-up for "Batman: Arkham Origins" or remain unsatisfied with what has been released by a developer that's not Rocksteady, then the latest rumour may be up your alley.
Gameplanet has spotted a report that hints at a possible new Batman game that will be developed by Rocksteady. This was spotted in the job listing for the developer, as well as the hints from Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy where he had mentioned another "Arkham" title that was apart from the "Arkham Origins."
Will another "Batman Arkham" game title be a good thing? Or will it mean an annual release that will go right with the likes of "Battlefield," "Assassin's Creed" and other similar games?

'Game of Thrones' to be Telltale Games' Next Project?
Clues to the possibility that "Game of Thrones" will become a game has been spotted by IGN and linked back to developer Telltale Games. The franchise was originally titled "A Song of Fire and Ice" as a novel created by George R.R. Martin and a TV series titled "Game of Thrones" in HBO.
According to the report, the official statement from Telltale Games is that they have no comment on the rumours swirling around - though this doesn't mean that the rumour is far from the truth.
Taking Telltale Games recent swarm of licensed games, including the very successful "The Walking Dead" and "Fables," and the fact that Telltale Games' CEO has already previously hinted that they are working on licenses for another game, there's a pretty good chance that hopes shouldn't be dashed by the official statement just yet.

"Mass Effect 4" to Continue the Series?
The next rumour is concentrated on the fact that it may be a very interesting story or it may be a completely baseless rumour as it's depending on the story of one fan.
GameRanx has found a post in a forum that details the supposed upcoming "Mass Effect 4" and that only a handful of them, around 21, were able to get the first details simply for attending an event.
According to the report, the forum user Col. Paine had attended an event that was advertised by Mass Effect producer Mike Gamble via Twitter. Browsing through Gamble's Twitter page would actually yield Colonel Paine's reply to his original message, "Thanks to all of the mass effect fans this weekend who listened to me talk for 2 hours :) You are truly awesome."
"Thank you for having us, it was an amazing experience," was Colonel Paine's reply. While that alone is not proof of the exclusivity, one interesting reply from another fan does hint at the report where the invited guests apparently had a chance to give feedback.
"Thanks for listening to me talk back. I do like to talk. :)," said Bell @Desert_Bell.
There's something else to be excited about beyond the PS4 and Xbox One launch: New games populating the Wii U. Read here for more.
Now on to the details. The report had stated that "Mass Effect" is a sequel instead of a prequel to the trilogy. There will also be an Arrogant Race, which looks skeletal and alien-ish with glowing eyes, as well as an Ancient Guardian race, which will also look like aliens, but more advanced-looking compared to the first.
Apparently, "Mass Effect" fans who attended PAX Prime had been treated to character models rendered in Frostbite 3, vehicle designs, concept art and human equipment in the game - all of which were posed for feedback to those who attended.
