Gaming Updates: More GTA 5 DLC Files Spotted; PS4 Siren Mistake Explained; and Sony Holds Gran Turismo 6 Contest
If the Beach Bum DLC pack wasn't enough for your GTA 5 Online craving, then more clues have been spotted with the DLC as the very source.
NeoGAF users have started to get to work detecting files taken from the GTA 5 DLC, and from the thread, it seems that casinos and horse racing clues have been found. Other details relating to the find comes from a NeoGAF user Zep, who comments that the casino could be for the big place in SA that is not yet accessible in the GTA 5 game.
This adds up to the previous rumours that the use of new camera features will be included in the next DLC or even an update. According to the Joystiq, audio files have been found, which could potentially be clues to the next GTA 5 DLC.
So far, what is known about what's coming up for the GTA 5 DLC is a single-player campaign add-on, though Rockstar Games has been very tightlipped about it.
iOS apps to watch out for: These include GTA San Andreas, Doctor Who: Legacy and more.
Siren won't be "Siren": on the PS4
The past week has been abuzz as gamers caught whiff of the press release from PlayStation Romania, which had contained the game "Siren" as part of its listed releases.
Many had thought that this would have to be Siren, a cult horror game from director Keiichiro Toyama and a classic that has been in the PlayStation release list since the PS2. However, Videogamer reports that Siren is not that horror game, but rather a codename for another one that's coming out on the PS4.
December lineup for the PS Plus already revealed: Read the full story here.
According to the report, Siren was merely a placeholder name to the game Rime, which is an open-world adventure game that had already been announced in August.
This supports previous reports wherein Toyama had denied being involved in any Siren project as of the moment. Still, this doesn't end any hopes that Siren won't be back for another game on the PS4, as it already had releases in the PS2 and PS3.
