Google Nexus 10 2 may be released alongside another wearable technology from Google - G Watch.

Motoring Crunch reported that fans agree and recognize that Google products stand out in the market. Google may introduce its own smartwatch. This is not far from impossible since Google already succeeded in making Google Glass - an eyewear with computer.

Gogle may follow the lead of Samsung and Sony in releasing a smartwatch. There are also rumours that Apple will also release its own smartwatch this year alongside iPhone 6. With competitors moving towards this direction, Google will most likely grab the opportunity to plunge in the new niche.

Last week, an alleged image of Google Nexus 10 2 circulated in the Internet. The image was first leaked by reliable tipster @evleaks, which was later removed as it was believed to be a hoax.

"Pulled the 'Nexus 10' tweet. Was sent to multiple publications, along with slightly differing 'corroborating evidence.' Signs of a hoax," @evleaks tweeted.

The deleted tweet contained that Google Nexus 10 2 may be the first device to run with the new Android 4.5, which signals the imminent release date of the 10-inch tablet. The tweet added that Samsung will take the helm in manufacturing the Nexus 10 tablet.

Google Nexus 10 2 is also speculated to come with a new version of Android OS. The Android 4.5 can be an upgrade of Kitkat OS or a new mobile software.

The tablet will also include a 10-inch display with 2,560 x 1,600 pixel resolution, a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 3-megapixel front-facing camera. The tablet will come in 16GB and 32GB storage variants. Under the hood, the device will run with Samsung Exynos 5 processor paired with 3 GB RAM. Previous reports claimed that Google Nexus 10 2 will pack a NVIDIA Tegra 4 chip processor. However, Google has not confirmed any of the on-going rumours.

Rumours suggested that the second generation of Nexus 10 tablet will have a 12-inch screen display as seen in new Samsung tablets with 2K pixel resolution, 3 GB RAM, 8 MP back camera, and Adreno 330 GPU. Consumers can still expect the tablet to come with a friendly price tag.
