Google Nexus 10 2 Release Date Soon As Nexus 7 Price Keeps On Going Down
Google Nexus 10 2 release date may come very soon as the price of the Nexus 7 tablets keeps on going down.
Amazon offered Nexus 7 tablets at a much lower price. Nexus 7 (2013) costs $218, which is $11 less than its regular price in Google Play Store $229. While 2012 version of Nexus 7gets a good discount now priced at $167 and currently costs $199 in Google Play Store.
This is not the first sighting of deals and discounts on Nexus 7 tablet. Last week, IBTimes AU reported various retailers offering discounts. The price reduction is a clear indication that a new device is on its way. However, Google Nexus 10 2 already skipped a number of rumored release dates since late last year. Now, there is no new speculation as to when the tablet will roll out. Google may consider showing off the Nexus 10 at the Mobile World Congress next month.
Latest report claimed Google Nexus 10 2 will pack a NVIDIA Tegra 4 chip processor instead of Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset. Motoring Crunch cited a leaked benchmark test hinting that Nexus 10 2 will pack a different processor than expected. Tegra 4 CPU is apt for gaming. Thus, gamers must be delighted with this news.
Aside from the processor, few details are known for other tablet features of the tablet. Also, Google has not given out any hints on the Nexus 10 2 but rumours claimed that it will pack a 10-inch screen display with 2,560 x 1,600 pixel resolution, a bigger RAM of 3 GB and graphics co-processor Adreno 330. The Nexus 10 2 may also come with 8 MP rear camera and may be available in 16 GB and 32 GB storage variants.
Rumors claimed Samsung will manufacture the next generation of Nexus 10 tablet like its predecessor. However, since Samsung has just released a new line of tablets, it may not be able to attend on Google's device. Google may turn to other manufacturers like LG and ASUS to make its new tablet.
