Operating System - Both smartphones will run with Android operating system. However, HTC One boots the 4.2 version of Jelly Bean OS. While the Google Nexus 5 is expected to include a 4.3 version of the said OS.
Internal Storage - The HTC One comes in 32 GB and 64 GB variants. Google Nexus 5 is rumoured to come in 16GB, 32GB or 64GB variants.
Camera - HTC One comes with 4 ultrapixels rear shooter while the Google Nexus 5 will come with 13 megapixels back camera.
