After developer Rockstar has disconfirmed that the release date of "GTA 5" for the PS4 and Xbox One will be delayed, a new update has been spotted for the title. It seems that the radio stations for "GTA 5" are receiving updates.

A report from Videogamer has speculated that it may be done in preparation for the PS4, Xbox One and PC release date coming this fall 2014. The information was obtained from DJ Cara Delevingne, who is one of the DJs in the game's radio stations.

According to the report, Delevingne's mention that the update will be for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game may suggest that there may either be a new feature or soundtrack coming with the next-gen versions of the game.

However, given that Rockstar has not yet given any statements about the update, there is also no confirmation if this update will be applicable to all radio stations.

Another update for "GTA 5 Online" is the 50% off on assistance from allies promo from Rockstar Games, which will run until Sept. 7. This means that players who need backup, transport, or incognito appearances will be able to enjoy some "Roadside Assistance" for 50% off the normal price.

Announced over the Rockstar Newswire, the discount for the services can be enjoyed so long as you have already received on call from each of the contacts listed so you can use their services:

- Brucie: Brucie's BulShark Testosterone will let you double the damage inflicted and half those you receive.

- Lamar: He'll send a mugger after any of your enemies--what's more, he'll even steal a portion from their wallet.

- Lester: Get out of a sticky situation with Lester's help, thanks to his string of contacts in the underground. And you won't have to worry about paying $1,000, which is his usual fee.

- Pegasus: get back personal vehicles and get them straight where you are located.

- Merryweather: You can now access ammo drops, helicopter backups and airstrikes when you need them with the Merryweather Security Consulting at now half the price.

All of these can be accessed via the in-game phone. Just check out the Contacts Menu on the device.
