Back to the Bay reports that Tuesday’s episode features Duncan, who’s thinking about saying goodbye to Summer Bay again. Meanwhile, Billie is scared that her baby turns out to be bad, just like its real father. Elsewhere, Justin grills Decker about his act of deception.
Seven Network posted a sneak peek of the Aug.30 episode. In the trailer, Nate asks Tori to sign a consent form for Brody as his next of kin. Tori also informs Justin that Decker used him as bait. Phoebe insists that the Morgans need Decker, but Justin insists that he could have lost his whole family because of the police officer. Tori and Justin also face a dilemma: how they would explain the fact that he knew that there’s something wrong about the plane without giving away their secret.
The preview video also shows VJ and Billie sharing a warm moment as they look at the image of their baby on the ultrasound monitor. They debate whether they should know about the baby’s gender. Later, Billie wonders to Irene, “What if the baby turns out bad?”
“Home and Away” recap
On Monday, Justin, Tori, Nate and Duncan scrambled to go down the cliff after spotting Brody unconscious. For a moment, they were worried that Brody wasn’t breathing but when Nate asked him to squeeze his hand, Brody responded. Brody cried as he writhed in pain – he was badly disfigured from the fall. Nate and Tori frantically tended to Brody and tried to put his knee back in place, which was broken. They made an improvised stretcher and carried Brody to Justin’s car.
Soon enough, they arrived at the hospital and immediately attended to Brody’s condition. Despite reaching the hospital in time, Tori and Justin were still wrought with worry, given that Brody’s not out of the woods yet. There was a moment of panic when Brody went into a hypovolemic shock and his heart stopped.
Amid the drama, there was also an emotional reunion among Alf, Roo and Duncan at the hospital. Meanwhile, Matt tried to convince Roo to let his baby sister stay. Roo agreed, but she said he had to do the whole process properly. Later, May went to pick up Ellie, but Matt insisted of keeping his sister. He realised that May only wanted to keep Ellie because of the money being given by the government to her. Seeing that Matt won’t back down, May agreed to let him keep Ellie. He went back home and shared the good news with Ellie. The kid was ecstatic to finally be with his big brother again, but it dawned on Matt that he’d get his hands full with his decision.
