"Home and Away" recap
On Wednesday, the doctors were able to revive Alf but he had to undergo more tests. Tori told Roo that apart from the heart attack, Alf also suffered a stroke. Later, Nate and Tori said they put Alf to life support and he’s now stable. They also shared that they can’t determine the extent of the damage until Alf regains consciousness. “We need to prepare for the possibility that he won’t wake up,” Nate grimly advised. “If he does, he won’t be the same person he was before.” Roo held back her tears while she listened to this development. In Alf’s room, Roo whispered to him, “Come on dad, I need you to fight.”
After, Nate invited Tori over to his house for drinks. Tori praised him for being able to balance his professionalism with personal matters. Their talk turned to Alf, and they toasted for his full recovery. Nate went out for pizza and when he returned, he saw Tori fast asleep on his sofa. She didn’t spend the night there, however, and went home really late. Justin teased her for acting weird.
At Angelo’s, Phoebe asked for Brody’s Facebook account but he and Justin said they don’t have one. Later, Mason barged in and attacked Justin. Apparently, Mason received a call from Lara, who told him that Justin talked to her. Brody kicked his two brothers out the restaurant for causing a commotion. Outside, Brody confronted them about their fight. Mason wanted to keep it between him and Justin. Later, Mason and Justin made amends over beer. Justin told Mason that he had to end his relationship with Lara for his and her sake.
Josh visited Andy in prison. Josh told Andy it’s not right for him to languish in jail for 40 years for something he did not do. Andy said he deserves it. “Just let it be,” Andy said. Later, Josh went to Evie’s place. Hunter was there, and he got angry when he saw Josh. Hunter accused him of knowing about what Andy did and helped him cover the crime. Zac intervened. The next day, Evie invited Josh to go camping, saying that it might be good for them to get away from all the craziness for a few days. Hunter overheard their conversation. He then went to the police station and lashed at Andy. Filled with fury, Hunter grabbed a pair of scissors and stabbed Andy on the stomach with it. The police immediately told Hunter to get on the ground and cuffed him.
