3. Swipe down from the top of the screen and go through recent notifications. to show recent

4. Look for the security alert and select it. Choose the option with activate now.

According to the blog, once they followed the steps, the problem was resolved. The same procedures worked on a Nexus 7 device. People with Android devices can try the steps to fix their Exchange ActiveSync Error.

With the problems cited for the Android 4.4 KitKat including its updates, there are now reports saying Google will release Android 4.4.3 update. Google usually never announces minor updates. The company simply makes the update available. As owners continue to work their way through bugs, analysts think internet search giant will release another update to fix remaining problems. People will have to wait for announcements of their device manufacturers to be sure.
