How to Train Your Dog with - The Samsung Galaxy S4 [Watch Video]
People have come up with different ways to make use of their smartphones to make life a little easier. A new video by Cesar Millan shows how to use the Samsung Galaxy S4 to better train dogs.
The video was recently uploaded on the official Samsung YouTube channel. The video features Mr. Millan giving tips about training dogs and staying fit while doing it.
Mr. Millan is a dog trainer, known for his television series "Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan" and "Leader of the Pack." He is a "dog behaviourists" specialising in rehabilitating aggressive dogs. His mission in life is to save the lives of "millions of dogs" across the world.
"As a Pack Leader, I belong to a worldwide community of dog lovers. I hope to spread the message of Love, Trust and Respect and teach you to be Pack Leaders too" Says Mr. Millan on his Twitter page.
Mr. Milan is spreading his message through The Milan Foundation. The foundation provides funds and support to animal shelters across the globe. The foundation started on Valentine's Day in 2007.
In the YouTube video Mr.Milan emphasises the need for good nutrition and exercise. He feels that the best time to exercise is in the mornings. The morning exercise can be made more fun by using the "group play" feature on the Galaxy S4. The feature allows for the synchronization of the pets' activities with other pet owners and is a great socializing tool.
Mr. Millan is seen recording his pet running in an obstacle course with the 13 MP camera in the phone. This activity, he says, allows the pet owners to burn some calories along with their pets. The most important factor is to stick to a routine. This is made possible by keeping a record of the day's activities and achievements in a log. The Galaxy S4 can be an easy way to record the activities which can be later review according to the needs of the user.
So, has the dog whisperer got it right? Will the use of the Samsung Galaxy S4 transform the way people train and relate to their pets? It is for the dog training readers to decide.
