Apart from the HTC One Sense-free version with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean firmware, a new version of the HTC Sense 5.1 UI has leaked and features Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS with battery percentage, Daydream and app drawer changes.

A custom ROM leaked some details of an Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean firmware that works with HTC One and features HTC Sense 5.1 UI, Daydream and other important changes.

1. Percentage Battery Icon
The battery icon has been replaced with battery percentage which can be enabled by going to the Settings > Power > Show Battery Level. The feature still includes the Power saver option, usage and history.

2. Extended Quick Settings
Extended Quick Settings has been incorporated to the HTC One by simply tapping the EQS icon on the upper right corner of the notifications bar and access to all extended toggles is included.

3. Daydream Feature
Finally, the HTC One can enjoy the Daydream feature to emulate classic alarm clock, social and media feeds and other apps while the device is locked.

4. Home button to access Menu button
In the custom Android 4.2.2 ROM, the Menu button can now be accessed by simply pressing and holding the Home key. This is one of the most popular modifications which you can enjoy with this ROM.

5. Application Drawer and Icons
HTC Sense 5.0 Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean on HTC One forbids you to remove all icons found on the dock, but in this update, you can delete and rearrange the dock icons anytime you want and it won't be gone from the app drawer.

The Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean custom ROM containing all these new features and modifications is still not released and possibly under final testing to fit the HTC One and provide stability. Right now, we only know what's "what" but not yet "when" would its public release.
