The HTC One M7 smart phone release date is reportedly delayed due to production issues on the UltraPixel camera components shortage. It appears that HTC is aware of the delayed release date schedule in order to sort out the production issues as soon as possible to that consumers will no longer experience the same problem that the Google Nexus 4 had before.

HTC's decision in delaying the HTC One M7 release date to fix the shortage issues may be a wise move. However, the longer wait could drive off the investors as well as the customers who are excited to acquire the One M7 smart phone. If HTC further delays the launch, the consumers will easily settle on the other available smart phones like the Sony Xperia Z, Apple iPhone 5 and the Samsung Galaxy S3 or S4.

According to Taiwan reports, the latest HTC smart phone may be available in the market but on limited units only on its scheduled release date if the components shortage problem is not resolved. AT&T, T-Mobile USA and Sprint will offer the HTC One M7 smart phone next quarter with a low contract price aside from the unlocked version that supports the GSM networks.

Some critics and analysts consider the HTC One M7 as the Taiwanese company's "comeback phone" that can face tough competition with the recently unveiled Samsung Galaxy S4 and the current Apple iPhone 5 as well as the upcoming next-generation Apple smart phones like the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 6.

HTC One M7 is powered with the latest Qualcomm 600 quad-core processor, a 2GB of RAM and a 2300mAh Li-Poly non-removable battery. HTC's best feature on the One M7 smart phone is the new HTC Sense 5.0 user interface plus the enhancements on camera features with the UltraPixel camera.
