The HTC One M9 release date the HTC One M8 successor has not been officially announced and even its official name is under the wraps but still it is hogging all the attention. HTC is speculated to be working on a new flagship which is codenamed as Hima. Various tech experts are claiming that the Hima smartphone will come out in the market as HTC One M9.

Master Herald is claiming that the recent price cut on HTC One M8 indicates that the Taiwanese tech giant is probably going to release the HTC One M9 in 2015. In the previous week, IBTimes had revealed citing PhoneArena's post that HTC One M9 is heavily speculated to get unveiled through an exclusive launch event in March 2015.

The HTC One M9 is expected to come housed with Snapdragon 805 chipset and 3 GB of RAM. The internal storage options of the unreleased device are expected as 32 GB and 64 GB. The external memory slot will support up to 128 GB of microSD.

The HTC One M8 is powered with Snapdragon 801 chipset and 2 GB of RAM. It is available in two storage options of 16 GB and 32 GB. The microSD slot can support up to 128 GB.

Camera, Software And Battery
Load The Game claims that the Taiwanese tech giant has renounced its "Ultrapixel" camera technology and will instead feature a megapixel shooter on the HTC One M9. IBTimes states that a 16 MP with Optical Image Stabilization feature is said to arrive with next year's flagship. It will be running on Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box along with HTC Sense 7.0 UI. It is also speculated to feature a massive battery of 2,800 mAh.

The HTC One M8 has an Ultrapixel technology enabled 4 MP camera. It comes preloaded with Android v4.4.4 KitKat and HTC Sense 6.0 UI. It is packed with a decent battery of 2,600 mAh capacity.
