HTC Hima Ace Plus specifications have surfaced all of a sudden. It is being referred to as a phablet variant of the HTC One M9 flagship. Both the handsets have not been confirmed yet by the manufacturer but the rumour mill is calling the successor model of HTC One M8 as HTC One M9 and its variant as HTC One M9 Max.
The HTC One M9 (aka HTC Hima) is expected to get unveiled during the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015 by organising a separate launch event. PhoneArena claims that the HTC One M9 Max will not be launched until August or September this year. However, the HTC One M9 Max specs seem quite impressive. Display, Processor, RAM And Storage
The HTC One M9 features a 5-inch display screen with support for full HD resolution, says the IBTimes report. The specs of the HTC One M9 Max phablet indicate that it will come with a bigger 5.5-inch display supporting Quad HD resolution.
Both the handsets are expected to be powered with the Snapdragon 810 chipset featuring a 64-bit processor along with 3 GB of RAM. A MediaTek SoC version of HTC One M9 is also rumoured to be in the making for Chinese audience.The HTC One M9 is expected to arrive with an internal storage support of 32 GB and 64 GB. It is also going to be equipped with external storage that supports up to 128 GB microSD card. On the other side, the rumour mill does not speak about the 64 GB internal storage version of HTC One M9 Max but only says that it will come with native storage of 32 GB. The presence of microSD slot on this device has not been confirmed yet but PhoneArena claims that it may feature it.
Camera, Software And Battery
IBTimes says that HTC One M9 will feature a rear camera of 20.7 MP along with a powerful 13 MP front-facing shooter. The HTC Hima Ace Plus will also feature 20.7 MP camera but the company will stick to providing an Ultrapixel camera of 4 MP on the front.
Both the HTC smartphones are going to come preloaded with Android Lollipop OS. The HTC One M9 will be shipped with 5.0 Lollipop version but the exact operating system software version is not known for HTC One M9 Max. The HTC One M9 will feature a 2,840 mAh battery but the phablet edition comes with a larger battery of 3,000 mAh capacity.
