It's only a matter of hours of sleep away before the highly anticipated film event of the year finally hits the big screen. "Hunger Games" will air in more than a thousand cinemas all over the world and fans of Suzanne Collins will finally see their Katniss Everdeen in action.

While the fans patiently wait for their beloved "Girl on Fire" and their charming "Boy with the Bread", what are the three main leads and their costars all up to now?

Katniss Everdeens' actress, Jennifer Lawrence, has already ditched her brunette locks and is sporting her messy golden 'do. The "Hunger Games" mall tours and red carpet premieres may be over and done for the talented actress but the interviews over a dozen talk shows has just begun.

The "Winters Bone" star made an appearance at David Letterman's show, twice. Apart from showcasing her humor, Jennifer wowed Letterman and the audience with her exquisite fashion sense.

The 21-year old star kept the look simple but stunning when she showed up on the show first in a simple cut out short dress then in another black embossed with gold accents' dress. Fashion wise, this girl needs no criticisms because she's rocking all the red carpet premieres and her late night shows all on her own.

While the "Girl on Fire" is spreading out like wildfire in Hollywood, her costar Josh Hutcherson who plays Peeta Mellark is doing equally alright himself. The "Boy with the Bread" appeared alongside Liam Hemsworth who plays Gale Hawthorn and Alexander Ludwig who plays Cato at Toronto's MuchMusic building all for a special televised appearance.

Josh Hutcherson, who had to dye his locks blonde for the role of Peeta, was also seen flaunting his natural root color at the event. Liam Hemsworth on the other hand looked as dapper as ever but minus his ever-supportive girlfriend, Miley Cyrus, by his side.

Alexander Ludwig who fans would remember from the film, "Race to Witch Mountain" alongside Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and AnnaSophia Robb also made it to the event.

In anticipation to the films' release this March 23, "Hunger Games" fans were given another treat with a quick sneak peak at Katniss and Gale's scene after the reaping. This alone would give a lot of Team Gale fans a lot to hope for though everyone who has read the book knows who wins the battle for Katniss Everdeen's heart.
