iPad 5 release date seems to be coming very soon as iPhones are already out of the way and more deals and trade-ins are surfacing online.

Tech devices trade-in company Gazelle now accepts iPad trade-ins. Users of 16GB iPad 4th generation in good condition can get as much as $220.

Gazelle warned traders that price tend to decrease over time. It is usual that price offer will decrease once the next generation of iPad is announced.

Meanwhile, software giant Microsoft is offering $200 discount on Surface tablet and laptop to consumers who will trade their old iPads.

iPad users can bring their used iPad 2, 3, or 4 and get a minimum of a $200 gift card to the Microsoft store, which they can use in buying a new Microsoft Surface tablet and laptop. Traders can purchase the Surface RT which costs $349or Surface Pro $799.

Another deal is from the Apple Store itself. Consumers can avail greater discounts when they buy refurbished iPads. Buyers can save as much as $80.

It is speculated that iPad 5 release date will happen sometime in October after the device went missing in action at the recent Apple press event.

According to the KGI Securities analyst Ming Chi Kuo, new iPads may come in the fourth quarter of the year. In his latest note, Kuo said initial production of iPad models will enter full-scale mass production on Q4 2013. Kuo has a strong reputation when it comes to Apple-related rumours.

According to Ming Chi Kuo, iPad 5 features will include an A7 processor; support for 4G/LTE connection; 5MP rear shooter and internal storage up to 128GB.

However, Apple has not confirmed the rumours surrounding the iPad 5 release date as well as the iPad 5 features. But the recent iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C launch indicated that we may also see the new iPads very soon.
