Meanwhile, Apple is predicted to even lower the prices of its devices later this month as the company is speculated to join the annual Black Friday Sale. Various retailers already ran ads for the much-awaited sale. Rakuten, formerly known as Buy.com, will be offering the 16 GB variant of the original iPad Mini for $249.99 on Black Friday Sale. However, you can get the same device at eBay for a much lower price of $239. It seemed that retailers still want to gain profits on the remaining stocks of previous Apple devices as newer models tend to dominate the holiday season.

Speaking of newer models, the iPad Mini with Retina screen display will be available for purchase starting tomorrow, Nov 22. The iPad Mini with Retina display price starts at $399. However, Apple was having difficulty with the supply of the iPad Mini with Retina display. Last week, it was reported that there is a limited supply of the new iPad Mini as Apple cannot get enough displays for the new tablet. The limited supply is due to burn-in issues of Retina displays made by Sharp. However, it seemed that Apple already smoothed out the issue. Reports claimed earlier that the Cupertino-based company turned to Samsung to make up for Sharp's inability to meet Apple's expectations when it comes to the supply of Retina display.

The new iPad Mini with Retina display packs some of the features already introduced by iPhone 5S such as the 64-bit A7 chip processor and M7 GPU that will deliver faster and better processing. Another upgrade seen in the device is the improved battery capacity. Apple promises up to 10 hours of battery life with constant use. The tablet is available in 16, 32 and 64 GB storage variants. The iPad Mini with Retina display also comes with the latest iOS 7 that brings new software features to Apple devices.
