iPad Mini with Retina Display Suffers Low Supply; Shipping May Be Delayed
New reports said that iPad Mini with retina display has limited supply and there is a possibility that shipping of all pre-orders may be delayed.
According to the market-watchers at IHS, shipments of the 7.9-inch tablet "are expected to fall well short of demand in the fourth quarter due to limited production of the tablet's new Retina Display."
Apple gave a rather vague release date of the iPad Mini with retina display by simply stating that the device will be released in late November.
"The company has good reason to be coy about the exact release date, given that supply of the new mini is going to be ridiculously tight in the fourth quarter," IHS director of tablet research Rhoda Alexander.
The reports may cause panic buying among interested buyers of iPad Mini with retina display who wants to get the device before Christmas.

The iPad Mini with retina display price starts at $399 and will be available in late November 2013.
