HTC Corp. unveiled the HTC One at the Mobile World Congress in February and already released the full specs of the amazing device. Samsung Electronics was expected to -- but did not -- tout the Galaxy S III at the MWC 2012 but did confirm that the successor to Galaxy S 2, its best-selling smartphone ever, is coming up. Apple Inc. is expected to release the sixth generation iPhone -- the iPhone 5 -- as early as June or as late as October (a year after the iPhone 4S).
