On September 2013, the tech world will likely witness a major smartphone showdown. If reports were to be believed, that month has been tagged as the shared iPhone 5S and Galaxy Note 3 release date.

It is nothing short of an epic battle, expert would say, as two tech giants try to outmuscle each other and prove who is king. Apple's bet rests solely on the 5S, which is seen as a mere incremental improvement of its predecessor, the iPhone 5,

On the other hand, the Note 3 represents a giant leap for Samsung in terms of hardware update, coming from the Galaxy Note 2. The powerful specs reported so far are pretty much dizzying but one thing is sure, the iPhone 5S is poised for a big combat.

Pitted against the prowess that the Note 3 is allegedly equipped with, winning seems a long-shot for Apple. The 4-inch 5S, however, possesses three advantages that were built over years of innovation and domination and would be hard to beat even for a mammoth gadget like that of Samsung's 6-inch 1080p handset.
