iPhone 6, 5S Release Date in September? 5 Features from Concept Renders We Want to See in the Next iPhones
Apple's smartphone dubbed as iPhone 6 and iPhone 5S is set for release in September, according to a reliable website.
Japanese tech blog Macotakara, which has a good track record in Apple rumours, claimed that the next generation of iPhones will make their debut later this year.
It is initially reported that the new iPhones will be launched in June along with the upgraded iOS. However, other reports stated that the devices will make its debut in September.
The Apple chief Tim Cook also dropped several hints that the upcoming iPhone 6 and 5S will be released later this year. Cook said that no new products are to launch before the end of the year.
Cook also subtly dented rumours that the iPhone 5S could launch as early as June. "Our teams are hard at work on some amazing new hardware, software, and services that we can't wait to introduce this fall and throughout 2014."
It seems that the reports on the delayed release date of Apple products proved to be true. A number of analysts claimed that Apple's smartphones are delayed due to "production issues". However, recent reports also claimed that Chinese suppliers already received the components needed in building the iPhones.
Rumour has it that the next iPhone will feature Retina or IGZO screen display, A7 quad core chip processor, iOS 7, 128GB internal storage, 13 mega-pixel camera, and longer battery life. The lack of NFC support on the iPhone 5 was one of the biggest criticisms aimed at Apple's smartphone.
Meanwhile, the cheaper iPhone 5S is rumoured to sport a plastic casing, 4-inch screen display, dual core processor and 8-megapixel camera.

As usual, the Cupertino-based company is tight-lipped on the details of its upcoming smartphones.
Below are some of the top five features from concept renders circulating on the internet that consumers wish to see in the upcoming iPhone 6 and iPhone 5S.
3D Technology - An iPhone concept image showed that the handset will sport a 3D camera paired with 3.2 megapixel FaceTime HD camera.
Water and Scratch Resistance - Following the footsteps of Sony Xperia Z, another iPhone concept found on the web showed the smartphone that is water and scratch resistant.
Larger or Edge-to-Edge Screen Display - One of the features from concept renders that is most likely to happen is for an iPhone 6 to sport a larger screen display. However, Apple CEO Tim Cook once said that the current screen size of iPhone is just right and the company has no plans of further increasing the screen size of the device.
Smarter Control Features - A new approved patent from Apple will enable users to operate their devices with mere scratches or tap gesturing. The patent discusses acoustic input devices and basically means that iOS devices could also be used with sound inputs that would be transmitted via the casing that would then correspond with certain functions.
Wireless Charging - A new concept of iPhone is making the rounds showing the device capable of wireless charging. One of the most common complaints with Apple devices like iPhone is the fast depleting battery. However, with wireless charging, users will enjoy longer battery life.
