A new iPhone 6 concept image promotes a very thin smartphone. In October, Apple unveiled the iPad Air making the full-fledged tablet as one of the thinnest 10-inch tablet in the market. It is possible that Apple will apply the same formula to its smartphone line.

In a YouTube video of SET Solution running under a minute, the iPhone 6 Air was compared to the lightness of a leaf. The dimension of the device is amazingly 3 mm thick. It seems that you are holding a paper with a thin-like device. The iPhone 6 Air only weighs 70 grams, which is very lightweight.

According to the video, the ultra-thin smartphone will pack a 5-inch full HD touchscreen display. The touch ID fingerprint sensor will still be present in the device. However, consumers may not be able to see such technology in the near future as Apple has to figure out how to pack all of the device's high-tech specs and features inside the slim casing.

Italian company, SET Solution, revealed a wide array of iPhone 6 renders. The company created an iPhone 6 concept image packing a retina scanner that will replace the fingerprint scanner packed in the iPhone 5S as a security feature. The retina scanner will allow users to unlock the iPhone and log into the App Store and their bank accounts and other services using their eye. The eye ID scanner is placed in front facing camera. The same feature will be iPhone's rumored rival, Samsung Galaxy S5.

According to rumors, iPhone 6 will pack a larger screen display with a size between 4.8 inches to 6 inches. The handset may keep some of iPhone 5S' features such as 64-bit A7 processor, M7 graphics chip and fingerprint sensor. However, new patents showed that iPhone 6 may include curved screen display and refocusable light camera. Apple has not confirmed any of the rumor yet. iPhone 6 release date is still unconfirmed but rumors point for possible launch early next year, most probably in March. However, other rumors point to possible launch in the second half of 2014.
