iPhone 6 And iPhone 6 Plus Is Selling Now With Huge Discounts, Mass Production Of 230 Million iPhone 6S And iPhone 6S Plus To Begin In June
From the beginning of the year, the rumour mill has been claiming that Apple would be releasing the iPhone 6S as well as the iPhone 7 in this year. However, Apple is likely to stick to its usual strategy of releasing an upgraded version of it last year’s flagship in this year and push the iPhone 7 release date to the coming year.
Even though Apple has not confirmed anything about the iPhone that they are going to release this year, speculations are indicating that the company would be releasing the iPhone 6S as well as iPhone 6S Plus this year. Both the devices will be featuring LPDDR4 2 GB of RAM, reveals a Taiwanese tech site called Tech News via Value Walk.
The iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus are going to be powered by the latest Apple A9 quad-core processor. The iOS 9 is already in the works and it has been spotted by a Czech technology firm, states a report from Phone Arena. The iOS 9 is expected to get unleashed at the Worldwide Developer Conference that will be held in June this year.
Like the iPad Air 2 features an Apple SIM, the iPhone 6S models are going to arrive with the same feature, reports Apple Insider. It even states that both the devices with codenames N71 and N66 have already entered development phase.
The Wall Street Journal claims that the iPhone 6S will come with enabled with Force Touch technology, a feature that is already present on the Apple Watch. It allows the device to distinguish between lighter taps and hard presses.
Like the Apple Watch has a premium rose gold edition, the iPhone 6S is also expected to be available in the rose gold colour variant. Moreover, Apple is expected to launch a pink coloured iPhone this year.
Best Buy is selling the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus with attractive discounts worth $160. The next generation iPhones will enter mass production stage in June and come out in the market in September this year. Citing Kevin Kang who is the IHT Technology’s China director, Value Walk states that he has been informed by the sources that Apple is going to order 230 units of forthcoming iPhones from is suppliers.
