iPhone 6 Mock-Up Compared with the Samsung Galaxy S5 Side-by-Side
As the iPhone 6 release date approaches, latest leak offers the imminent comparison of the device to the Samsung Galaxy S5.
An iPhone 6 mock-up photo was released by an Italian blog Macitynet.it showcasing the rumoured 4.7 inches iPhone 6 next to the current flagship device of Samsung, the Galaxy S5. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is obviously packing a larger frame with 5.1 inches display but the iPhone 6 sports a thinner body. Recent rumours suggest that the next-generation Apple device will be released at just 6mm.
According to BGR, the recent leaks have focused on the 4.7 inches iPhone 6, which suggested that the 5.5 inches iPhone 6 release date may be delayed due to staggered launch dates of the Cupertino tech giant.

Fresh rumours suggest that the iPhone 6 will be released in Q3 or earlier than the release of the iPhone 5s and 5C in September last year.
Taiwan's Catcher Technology will be supplying metal casings for the iPhone 6 according to Taipei Times and The China Post. On the other hand, according to Morgan Stanley analyst Grace Chen, the production will result in 10.5 million iPhone 6 cases from Catcher this year, or as BGR noted, approximately 15 per cent of the total iPhone orders. If these figures are accurate, Apple might be planning to sell up to 70 million iPhone 6 devices in 2014 following an early Q3 release date.
A new image showcasing the iPhone 6's purported front panel indicates that the device will feature a thinner bezel on release date. Thus far, news point to an iPhone 6, which will likely include sapphire display, more powerful processor and a thinner body.
The iPhone 6 will be .22 inches thin, which is about 5.59mm, according to the leaker Sony Dickson. He further noted that the iPhone 6 will pack an Ultra-Retina screen of 389 ppi and tweeted, "The new Apple A8 processor will run at 2.6GHz #JustSaying," followed by another tweet saying, "these specs could be the real thing #JustSaying."
