The iPhone 6 release date is in September next year with 5-inch full HD screen display, according to a Japanese magazine.

The information comes from Japanese publication Mac Fan 2013 December. According to the magazine, The upcoming iPhone may have diagonal size of 5 inches, 1080p resolution, meaning 1920 x 1080 pixels. The publication also said that the device can be used with one hand.

The report was picked up by Japanese tech web site Macotakara. Macotakara said that in spite of using a large LCD display, Apple is trying to make both sides of the handset as slim as possible making it the first phablet that you can use with one hand.

New set of rumours claimed that iPhone 6 will be released in September alongside the smartwatch iWatch. This new speculations emerged after Apple CEO Tim Cook said at the company's Q4 2013 earnings call that Apple sees "significant opportunities ahead of us in both current product categories and new ones." Mr. Cook once said that new Apple products will be released this fall and across 2014.

"In terms of new product categories, if you look at the skills Apple has in hardware, software and services and an incredible app ecosystem, these set of things are very unique. We obviously believe that we can use our skills in building other great products that are in categories that represent areas we do not participate in today. We're confident in that," he said.

According to rumours claimed that iPhone 6 will come with larger screen display ranging from 4.8 to 6 inches. This is backed up by predictions of analysts as well as various concept images which all said that iPhone 6 will have a larger screen.

The rumoured iPhone may also retain some of the features of iPhone 5S such as the 64-bit A7 processor, M7 graphics chip and the fingerprint sensor. The next iPhone 6 may also come with Sharp's IGZO technology and Near Field Communication that was available on various Android devices.

According to previous reports, the iPhone 6 will be released in March. However, according to the latest report from Apple, iPhone 5S sales are doing well and are currently experiencing limited supply. Thus, consumers must not expect an earlier release date of the next iPhone.
