Analysts set the predicted price of the iPhone 6 with a $100 premium with the market guessing the final price of the device. Thanks to a new leak, a flyer with the iPhone 6 release date announcement shared more details on the starting prices of the 4.7 and 5.5-inch variants. More importantly, the release date of the device has been predicted to be likely around September 26 shedding more light on killer features to expect. Can Apple finally release its much anticipated flagship including the phablet edition?

Apple's iPhone 6 release date has been a tricky subject with analysts setting launch ranges around September 19-26. In a flyer spotted by GSM Insider, the iPhone 6 announcement came with a September 19 release along with its prices. The leaked flyer shows that the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will start around Rs. 51,000 or at CNY 5,288. The 5.5-inch version, on other hand, will be offered at Rs. 61,000 or CNY 6,288. Should Apple push through with the pricing, the 4.7-inch will be more affordable compared to the iPhone 5s starting at CNY 5,300.

In contrast to the leaked flyer, analyst Gene Munster thinks that the tech giant will release the iPhone 6 at a later date, September 26. Despite the usual timeline for Apple's iPhone releases, it has been a mystery to the industry when it can expect the device exactly. According to the note released by the Piper Jaffray analyst, an early release may not be possible. The reason for the change in release date lies in Apple's projected sales. According to Munster (via CNET):

"We reach 16 million iPhone 6 units by assuming that Apple launches both a 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 leading to a 14 million unit 3-day launch weekend (up 55 percent year-over-year vs 9 million for the iPhone 5S/5C launch)."

"For the launch weekend, we note the average y/y launch weekend growth for the past 5 iPhone launches averaged 62 percent, and the last two body-style upgrades averaged 48 percent y/y growth. We assume Apple sells another 2 million units in the remaining 2 days in the September quarter for a total of 16 million iPhone 6 units." The analyst added.

With the Wall Street Journal reporting that Apple plans on producing up to 80 million iPhones, more leaks about the device surfaced. The latest came from Amazon Japan. According to a report by LoadTheGame, the website offered a full page of iPhone 6 details. Some of the reported specs include iOS 8, up to 64GB internal storage and the A8 chip.
