No one can actually predict the future, except maybe if you are Nostradamus, a French astrologer and physician who supposedly has the gift of prophecy. With a leap into the future, we may still see Apple dominating the world.

An ex-employee of Apple divulged some information regarding a certain video released by Corning. Corning, a company that supplies the glasses to all Apple iPhones and iPads, transforms lives by developing and producing unparalleled glass, ceramics and optical physics. The collaboration between Apple and Corning paves the way for enormous advancements in industries such as consumer electronics, transportation, communication and life sciences.

Apple is best known for embarking on ventures that are most likely to dominated by the company itself. In fact, Market Watch quotes Endpoint Technologies founder Roger Kay: "Apple is not going to go into an established market it doesn't really think it can nail." With that said, the "Internet of things" has also been an increasingly important concept with tech companies including Apple.

As the 'internet of things" become a reality, as smart gadgets find their way into our homes, offices and cars, what will an Apple dominated future look like? According to Business Insider, here are some ways people can expect Apple to dominate:

1. Smart TV -As smart TV's are improved, people can eventually interact with their smart TV just like they do with their phones. Interaction with the smart TV can be as simple as getting a greeting from it when you wake up.

2. Mirrors doubling as monitors - Your bathroom mirror can be function as both a mirror and a monitor. The video shows the mirror as a touch screen monitor that can enable a person to check their schedules, the weather, etc before they get ready for the office.

3. Child-friendly surfaces - Kitchen tabletops or other surfaces can also double as monitors that can adapt to the needs of children. The glasses or mirrors used can be both scratch-free and smudge-free.

4. iPhone as primary payment method - Market Watch also notes that Apple may just change the way people pay for their items. It will make sense for Apple to push iPhone as a convenient payment system with its NFC and mobile capabilities.

There are a lot more things in the future like built-in desk computers, automated shopping experiences, 3-D experiences without the glasses. The future with Apple is big.
