To jailbreak 6.1.3, many Apple users have decided to wait for the evasi0n team to release the tool in their own time. After all, the evad3rs did say they will wait for the next major release. Despite the warning, however, supporters of an online petition continue to hope for the best. But an evad3r recently took to Twitter to hint no one's changing their mind about earlier announcements.

"I doubt anyone will invest the time to jailbreak 6.1.3/4 on newer devices. Sorry," evad3r @pod2g replied to one of the posts tagged to him on Twitter. Like many iPhone and iPad device owners, this Twitter user is virtually begging for an evasi0n 6.1.3 jailbreak. This effectively tells iPhone 5 users to stay away from iOS 6.1.4 if it's not too late.

Meanwhile, the change.org petition for an evasi0n 6.1.3 jailbreak now has over 2,000 supporters. But there are also many Apple users who are supporting the evasi0n team in its decision to wait for iOS 7. What is the point of wasting exploits months before the next major iOS iteration, they say.

Another evad3r, @MuscleNerd tweeted recently, "Geez, *forty* different CVE bugs fixed by Apple in iTunes 11.0.3. They've been busy!" Obviously, these hackers do more than just jailbreaking iDevices. Suffice it to say that the millions of jailbroken iDevices have been lucky enough even without a 6.1.3 tool.

For these trusted Apple hackers, life goes on without an iOS 6.1.3 jailbreak - an attitude that seems necessary for those who missed the evasi0n memo.

"We are not working on a 6.1.3 jailbreak that would be too much efforts (sic) for a minimal update. We're waiting for a major release," Evad3r Pod2g had previously explained on Twitter.

David Wang (@planetbeing) also issued the same statement to the media a month before iOS 6.1.3 was rolled out.
