Jealousy Issues: Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez Close to Breaking Up?

Jealousy at its finest! Last October 20, Selena Gomez traveled to Minneapolis, Minnesota to support his pop star sensation boyfriend, Justin Bieber on his "Believe" tour. Looks like everything is perfect but there are rumors that the couple's relationship is on the rocks.

According to a friend close to the couple, Selena and Justin are experiencing a bit of jealousy issues that have become a source of misunderstanding.

"They both can be very jealous. Selena can be so dramatic about Justin's exes, who aren't even in her league! They both engage in really petty arguments and it's killing their relationship," explains the source.

Even though they always come close in breaking up, The Beibs is the one who just can't let go.

"They 'almost' break up regularly. But it's a case of first love for Justin so he can't even imagine being without her," added the source.

It looks like the "young Hollywood power couple" is definitely close to splitting up if they can't handle some teenage problem. Yet, in Justin's case, first love feeling could save the relationship.

There must be a reason why Gomez has this "jealousy thing" on Justin's exes. The two individuals can be simply too sweet to everybody. In fact, some photos of Selena during the premiere of "Spring Breakers" show her and James Franco intimately holding hands.

The same can be said for Justin Bieber who had gone to extreme sweetness with his co-Canadian singer, Carly Rae Jepsen. Carly and Justin were spotted holding hands in public - well, in this case was all for show for Carly's concert.

Setting aside differences, Justin and Selena had been dating for quite a while. If the two do manage to split simply on "jealousy" issues then being friends long before they've been lovers is a complete waste of time.

"Beliebers" and "Jelena" fans would definitely have a say or two regarding these "break-up" issues. Hopefully, whatever "rocky" situation the "Jelena" duo are in now, Mommy Pattie Mallette can do something about it.

For now, Justin has his "Believe" tour to worry about and Selena her film and music career to keep her busy. If they do manage to split, Selena could always spend time with BFF, Taylor Swift and write "break-up" songs.
