Kate Middleton Wears Bespoke Jenny Packman To Introduce Royal Princess
Kate Middleton introduced the royal baby to the media in a Jenny Packman dress on May 2. The little princess was born in the morning, and when Kate and Prince William made their public appearance with the baby girl on the same day, the infant was wrapped in a white woollen shawl by GH Hurt and Sons and a matching woollen cap. The 33-year-old royal exuded a glow as she smiled and waved to the royal fans and media camped outside the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital,
According to New York Daily News, Kate radiated in a sunny yellow buttercup print Jenny Packman dress. She also flaunted her bouncy blowout courtesy of celebrity hair stylist Amanda Cook Turner, who had worked on her hair after Prince George’s birth. According to sources, the stylist was seen entering the Lindo Wing of the hospital earlier in the day. Kate looked effortlessly chic in her bespoke silk shift dress that had a knee-length hemline. The ombré design faded to yellow. She accessorised the look with nude Jimmy Choo ‘Gilbert’ pumps and pearl drop earrings and went for natural make-up. Meanwhile, William opted for a blue sweater, matching his outfit with Prince George who was also dressed in blue when he came to meet his little sister.
In 2013 after the birth of Prince George, Kate made a style statement in a blue polka-dot Jenny Packham dress. Back then, she also chose the London-based designer for her special day and paid tribute to Princess Diana who wore a blue and white polka dot dress in 1982 when she came out with Prince Charles to introduce Prince William to the world.
“Congratulations to The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their baby daughter. The Duchess wears a bespoke silk shift dress with buttercup print,” wrote Packman on Twitter and Instagram.
