'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' Season 10: Kim Kardashian Reveals Reason Behind Her Naked Photo Shoot

Season 10 of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” is finally hitting TV screens next week and it’s like the family never slowed down off air. The premiere episode has no concept of warming up for the season as it immediately shows off one of Kim Kardashian’s nude photo shoots.

In a clip shared by E! Online, Kim is being documented for the reality show as she goes through yet another naked photo session. This time around, it’s not one of the now infamous magazine spreads that has come out in the past few months. Kim confesses that she’s doing this shoot for herself.

“If I get pregnant again soon, my body is gonna totally transform again so I’m doing this photoshoot naked. I just want to capture my body and have these photos to last forever.” says Kim. It is no secret that Kim had struggled with her weight when she was pregnant with her daughter North West. Apart from the weight gain, Kim suffered a multitude of other health issues. She was in constant pain and had to deliver her baby early due to preeclampsia, a condition that endangered her life.

Apart from her past pregnancy issues, it has also been no secret that Kim is determined to have another child. Regardless of the complications, she feels that North was worth it the first time around and she wants to have more kids just like her mom did. Unfortunately for Kim, she has not been having the same luck with getting pregnant as her older sister Kourtney. Kim has been struggling to get pregnant for several months. She confessed in a teaser clip for “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” that she and her husband Kanye are trying 500 times a day.

Kourtney meanwhile has just given birth last December to her third child with long time love Scott Disick. Apart from Kourtney’s ability to get pregnant easily, she also has relatively easy pregnancies and has minimal weight and health issues during pregnancy. The rest of the season of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” will be dealing with more of Kim’s baby struggle and Kourtney’s pregnancy and the birth of her child. “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” season 10 premieres on Sunday March 15 at 9 p.m. on E!.
