Nikki Lund, Kim Kardashian West's close friend from her school days, has revealed that the reality star was into dieting as early as the age of 13. Kim was also obsessed with the shape of her nose and wanted to change it, claimed her friend in her recent interview with a magazine. Lund also shared unseen pictures of fresh-faced Kim from her childhood album.

"At 13, we started to become more aware of ourselves," Nikki is quoted as saying to Heat World. She also told the magazine that they “began wearing makeup and started dieting” at the age of 13. Kim was very conscious of her weight and they both “tried every Hollywood diet going,” added Nikki.

They both did “mostly the Atkins and the South Beach Diet” but were also on “the Cabbage Soup Diet” in a bid to get thin. Though Kim's obsession with diets was normal, Nikki said she developed anorexia and just could not eat anything. Nikki also told the magazine that Kim did not like the way her nose was shaped. “Kim was always saying her nose wasn’t perfect,” Nikki said. “I thought she was nuts. Every girl has something they don’t like.”

The 33-year-old became friends with Kim when they both were 8-years-old. The two went to El Rodeo grade school in Beverly Hills and know each other “inside out.” She became nostalgic and told the magazine how she use to have “sleepovers” at Kris's Malibu house where they would watch films. They both loved watching “Aladdin” and she also called Kim as “the sweetest girl.”

Nikki--who is a fashion designer and a singer, said Kim grew up in the company of rich and famous people like “OJ Simpson, Rod Stewart’s family, the Hiltons and Lionel Richie’s kids.” There was a lot of pressure on them as kids and Nikki said “it was different to everyone else.” Her childhood pictures, where a very young Kim is seen with braces, can be seen here.
