Motorola is expected to announce its next generation Xoom 2 and new smart phone Spyder next week so naturally leaked pictures are already going around tech sites and blogs. This set of leaked pictures has the Motorola Spyder, also known as Droid Razr and the Xoom 2 with the carrier logo on the devices, in this instance Verizon.

The Xoom 2 pictured in the set, looks really good with its white, ring grip on the device and rounded design. From what you can make out it will have two cameras, one at the back of the Xoom 2 and another camera which is a front-facing Motorola M. The tablet will also be 9mm thick making it thinner than the previous version. The Xoom 2 doesn't have 3G and will ship with the next generation wireless technology. The one in the leaked pictures is the 8.2 inch version but the Xoom 2 will also be available in the standard 10.1 inch version.

In the smart phone end Motorola has the Spyder or the Droid Razr or Droid HD if you prefer. It has the same rounded aesthetic as the Xoom 2 looking like a giant pill. It does have a unique looking back panel with the camera and wavy design. Endgadget is reporting that the Spyder/Droid HD will have a 1.2 Ghz dual core processor, 4.3 inch display and 1Gb of RAM.

Motorola's event will be held in a week so we can expect both of these gadgets with minor tweaks to take center stage.
