Lenovo Vibe P1 with 1080p screen, Snapdragon 615, 5,000 mAh battery now available on preorder price of $269 on Gear Best
The Lenovo Vibe P1 was announced at the beginning of this month during the IFA 2015 event. It was unleashed along its sibling, the Lenovo Vibe P1. Gear Best has started receiving preorders of the handset with an affordable price tag.
The Lenovo Vibe P1 is a phablet device with 5.5-inch IPS display. It offers a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels along with a pixel count of 401. It delivers a screen-to-body ratio of 72.1 percent. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It features a fingerprint sensor embedded under the Home button placed below the display.
The Snapdragon 615 chipset powers the Lenovo Vibe P1 with an octa-core processor of 1.5 GHz and Adreno 405 graphics. It is supported by 3 GB of RAM. The internal storage of the handset is 16 GB. Users can add up to 128 GB of microSD on its external storage. The Vibe P1 is loaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
The rear camera of the Lenovo Vibe P1 is of 13 MP that features a dual-LED flash. On the front, it houses a 5 MP camera. For connectivity, the handset offers features like Cat. 4 LTE modem, 3G, Wi-Fi, USB OTG, v4.1 Bluetooth and more. It features a massive non-replaceable battery of 5,000 mAh capacity.
The Lenovo Vibe P1m features lower specs compared to the Vibe P1. It features a 5-inch HD screen, a MediaTek MT6735 chipset, 2 GB of RAM, 8 MP back camera, a front camera of 5 MP and more. Both the handsets support two SIM cards. However, the second SIM slot doubles up as a microSD card slot.
The preorders of the Lenovo Vibe P1 began on Gear Best from Sept. 11. It is selling the silver colour variant for $269 with free shipping service for buyers across the globe. The presale of the Vibe P1 will end on Sept. 20.
