Release date for the LG Nexus 5 is likely to happen in the initial week of November 2013 and the one feature that makes it a must-have native Android device is the touch-free controller that the Moto X recently displayed.

The November rollout will be made possible if indeed Google will intro the KitKat-powered handset starting in mid-October, report said, adding that the timeframe points to an immediate market entry, either in the last week of the month or first week of November.

According to Gotta Be Mobile, the Nexus 5 is all prepped to go live on Google Play Store and sit on store shelves worldwide immediately after its rumoured unveiling this October. The concrete date of availability should be in November, both for online retailers and brick and mortar outlets, the same report suggested.

And unlike the Nexus 4, which was plagued by chronic stock outs when it was first released in late 2012, the replacement should be in ample supply level, meaning deliveries will arrive at doorsteps as published or units will be readily available for shoppers.

The GBM report also touted the 32GB Nexus 5 as likely the hot item to emerge, pointing to its roomy internal memory as one killer feature that appeals to those who been planning to purchase the iPhone 5S rival.

Yet as far as killer features are concerned, one function, which Google has yet to confirm, that should contribute to the Nexus 5's success is the always-on voice control that Google and Motorola seems to have perfected via the Moto X.

This responsive feature, according to CNET, will make the Nexus 5 a cut above the rest, miles ahead of Siri in the iPhone 5S or Google Now that is deployed in all Android-run devices.

And definitely even better than the ill-designed S Voice by Samsung, said the same CNET report.

It is a given that KitKat or Android 4.4 will be on-board once the Nexus 5 has come out and with the loads of high-end components stuffed inside its majestic black frame, the phone should have no problem hosting the same Moto X capability.

Also, experts believe that the Google signature phone is equipped with the right sensors for the cutting-edge voice command feature to behave in the manner that it is designed.

Oct 15 is marked as the official unwrapping of the candy bar KitKat and seen as part of the deal is its first carrier, the LG Nexus 5, thus making for a grand release date for the two major Google offerings.
