Lily Allen Claims Stigmata, Rejects Incestuous Scene in Game of Thrones
Lily Allen claimed she had stigmata as she posts a picture of her palm with tiny red dot in the middle.
Stigmata is a religious occurrence that involved a person having wounds on his or her palms which believed to be the crucifixion wounds of Jesus.
"Not even joking#stigmata#SHEEZUS," Allen Tweeted.
SHEEZUS happened to be her new album she recently released. She had previously said that the album was dedicated to the late Amy Winehouse.
"What [Amy] had to deal with was 10 times anything I had to deal with," Allen said. "She'd sold a hell of a lot more albums than me, and there was a lot more interest in her. There were people outside her home 24 hours a day, seven days a week. [But] I know what that was like on a much smaller level, and I felt trapped."
On being a Catholic, she admitted that she was confused about some teachings which seemed contradictory to how she was brought up.
"I'm confused by religion. I was brought up in a Catholic School and they told me gays were bad, adultery was bad and drugs were bad. At the same time, all my mum's friends were gay, my dad was having various affairs and there were drugs in the house when I was a kid - so it was a bit cruel."
Meanwhile on Tuesday, Allen revealed she had an offer to do a cameo for Game of Thrones but she rejected for being incestuous.
The scene would have supposedly had her 'touched' by her brother Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy.)
"I've been asked to do a Game of Thrones cameo, they asked me if I'd be interested in playing Theon's sister, and I felt uncomfortable because I would have had to go on a horse and he would have touched me up and sh--. Once they told me what was entailed, I said no thanks. I would be open to doing a musical cameo like Sigur Ros, though," Allen wrote through Reddit.
In the season two episode "The Night Remembers," Theon chanced upon a woman whom he has not seen in ages. They ride on a horse together. During the ride, Theon fondles her inside and outside of her clothing - only to be revealed later that the woman was his sister, Yara Greyjoy, (played by Gemma Whelan).
