Looking back through the years of her chaos and being in and out of jail, who would have thought that just weeks from her recent bounce back, Lindsay Lohan would be in the same company with President Obama.

Lindsay Lohan jetted to Washington for a night with very special guests at the annual 94th annual White House Correspondents' Dinner. While the starlet encountered a few blunders along the way, she managed to show up and pull everything off.

Lindsay looked happy as she arrived at the red carpet for the prestigious dinner. She posed in font of photographers wearing a plunging but demure black gown. Her hair was set in curls and while she wore minimal make up and jewelries.

During the event the young star was photographed seated at her table, surrounded by wine glasses while she was deep in conversation with older gentlemen. The 25-year-old sat at the Fox News table at the Washington Hilton.

Lindsay was also photographed as she mingled with former Senator Rick Santorum. She spent the night strolling around and chatting guests with her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley. The young actress who is working her way to redeem her career was seemingly comfortable being around prestigious guests during the event.

She tweeted on her account prior to the event that she almost missed her flight but nonetheless made it. She explained that she was working during her original flight in Washington DC.

Lindsay will be guesting in American TV show "Glee" and was spotted on location last week. Apart from that, she is finally confirmed to play Elizabeth Taylor in a coming film. She has received a lot of negative comments about winning the role and her most recent critic was Rosie O'Donnell who says Lohan wasn't fit to play the role of a legendary film actress.
