Various publications said that Apple should start looking into LTE support as more networks continue to expand such technology. Moreover, LTE plans are becoming more affordable because of shared data plans.

Tech Web site Patently Apple recently reported that Apple filed a patent for an LTE-enabled MacBook Pro last year. However, such device should make an appearance. The LTE connectivity feature is speculated to be packed at MacBook Pro with Retina display.

Some of the rivals of MacBook Pro support LTE connection such as Google Chromebook Pixel. Users are delighted on the perks of LTE-enabled laptop. Some reports said that Apple may surprise waiting fans on the alleged October 22 release date.

Apple's updated MacBook Pro 2013 is rumoured to include new and exciting features. The refreshed laptop from Apple will most likely be powered by the latest Intel Haswell processor. It may also pack faster wifi and storage options and whole day battery capacity just like its brother MacBook Air.

Furthermore, MacBook Pro 2013 will run with the new OS X Mavericks, which was announced last June at the Worldwide Developers' Conference. The new Mac OS will feature "a new Maps app, a tabbed finder, iBooks, new look to the calendar, improved Safari, iCloud Keychain, multiple displays and more."

According to a report from 9to5 Mac, tech giant Apple began the training of its AppleCare support staff for the OS X Mavericks. The support staff will be trained to learn the new Mac's operating system and its new features, installation process, and troubleshooting options for at least six hours over the course of the next few weeks. Thus, this means that the release date of the device is imminent.

Apple confirmed an event happening on the 22nd that is expected to show off iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 at San Francisco's Yerba Buena Center. MacBook Pro 2013 is supposed to hit the market at the said date alongside Apple's tablets, Mac Pro and OS X Mavericks.
