MacBook Pro 2013 with Haswell Release Date Nears as More Apple Laptop Deals and Discounts Surfaced
MacBook Pro 2013 release date appears to be nearing as more deals and discounts on previous models of Apple laptops emerged.
Consumers can save up to $200 when they buy MacBooks in Best Buy. The U.S. retailer also offers free shipping.
Meanwhile, Apple Store is still offering refurbished Apple laptops at a way cheaper price. Buyers can grab the 13.3-inch, 2.5GHz MacBook Pro with 4GB of RAM and a 500GB hard drive for only $999. Its original price is $1,199.
Putting the old MacBooks on sale is a way of Apple and retailers to exhaust the remaining stocks of the device as well as to maximize the profits.
There are other evidences that MacBook Pro 2013 is coming. According to a report of 9to5Mac, Apple is already training its AppleCare support staff for the upcoming OS X Mavericks release date. The support staff will be trained to learn the new Mac's operating system including its new features, installation process, and troubleshooting options for at least six hours over the course of the next few weeks.
New features for the latest OS X include a new Maps app, a tabbed finder, iBooks, new look to the calendar, improved Safari, iCloud Keychain, multiple displays and more.
Note that the iMacs and MacBook Air were already released in the past few weeks
Aside from the OS X Mavericks, MacBook Pro 2013 is rumoured to pack Haswell processor, faster Wi-Fi connectivity and storage options as well as long battery life. Other reports claimed that the laptop will include Thunderbolt 2 GPU and 4K screen resolution.
MacBook Pro 2013 release date is expected to happen on the 15th of October in an Apple's event. The said event will show off the company's tablets - iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2. The MacBook Pro and official Mac OS will also make an appearance on the said event.
However, the Cupertino-based tech giant has neither confirmed nor denied these rumours.
