Apple's MacBook computers have gained a following over the years. As the market awaits the next refreshed line of laptops, it appears Apple will be pushing new variations. There is also new dock and display technology. According to recent reports, Apple will be releasing a Retina version of the MacBook Air along with a new set of MacBook Pros. What can people expect?

Analysts believe that there is a pressure on Apple to put more groundbreaking products as it lags behind competition. Companies like Sony and Lenovo has been aggressive with their laptop offerings including Asus and Samsung. In a supposed move to counter the competition for MacBook devices, Apple will reportedly provide a Retina transformation to its MacBook Air line.

Latino Post reported that since Apple already treated the MacBook Pro line with Retina, the company has to come up with other ways to enhance the flagship laptop. Apple Insider reported about a two-sided display patent under the company. The display will allow solar charging offering infinite battery life. There are also reports claiming that Apple may include the sapphire display technology on the laptops as well.

The new MacBooks will reportedly feature a new trackpad technology without the physical buttons. Likewise, a new dock system for Apple's device surfaced providing the usual products with an interesting twist. According to Henge Docks' website:

"Henge Docks has created the first truly comprehensive docking station solution for Apple's line of notebook computers."

"This means you can quickly, easily and cleanly incorporate your MacBook computer into a desktop setup or your home theater system, so you get the best features of a laptop, desktop and media center PC all from one computer. Henge Docks patent-pending design doesn't require any hardware, software or settings changes to your computer. In fact, every current MacBook is compatible with our system, right from the factory."

Apple has yet to make an official announcement about the new laptops. The company will also reportedly release the iPhone 6 this September. The iPad Pro will also be released sometime around December along with the iWatch according to analysts. Apple has yet to confirm the iPad Pro.
