Meizu MX4 Pro To Arrive In November In Black And White Colours, Features Higher Than QHD Display, Exynos 5430 SoC And 3 GB RAM
The Meizu MX4 Pro is all set to make public debut in the coming month but more and more rumours on the upcoming flagship are surfacing. For instance, according to GizChina, the handset will be available in two colours, black and white.
All the previous flagship handsets from Meizu feature a capacitive Home button beneath the display. However, the new Meizu MX4 Pro is featuring a physical Home button instead of a capacitive one. The image available with GizChina shows the persence of a physical Home button. GSMArena claims the reason behind it is the physical Home button is now housing a fingerprint sensor.
Even though the word "Pro" is included in its name, the handset is rumoured to feature the same specifications that are available on the officially available Meizu MX4 handset. The only major difference between the two smartphones is that the upcoming model is powered by Exynos 5430 octa-core processor built by Samsung whereas the MX4 features a MediaTek SoC.
As far as Meizu MX4 Pro specifications are concerned, PhoneArena has revealed the handset will feature a 5.36-inch QHD that supports a high resolution of 2,560 x 1,536 pixels. It also features a 20.7 MP from Sony. The Exynos 5430 SoC is supported by 3 GB RAM. The handset is running on Flyme OS that is nothing but a customised version of Android built by Meizu.
When it comes to the processor, the MediaTek SoC seems to be more powerful. It comes with quad Cortex A7 cores running at 2.2 GHz and quad Cortex A7 cores running at 1.7 GHz. The Meizu MX4 Pro's Exynos 5430 octa-core processor comes with quad Cortex A15 cores working at 1.8 GHz and quad Cortex A7 cores working at 1.3 GHz.
Meanwhile, new photos of Meizu MX4 have surfaced featuring glossy white colour body. Also, the Chinese manufacturer will be launching a gold back cover edition in the near future. The company is also speculated to be working on Meizu MX4 Mini handset with dual SIM support.
