Microsoft Lumia 535 To Be Unveiled On November 11, Specs And Leaked Images Of The Handset Have Surfaced
The Lumia 535 is the new Windows Phone handset that all set to get unveiled very soon. What’s interesting about it is that it would be the first Lumia device to feature Microsoft branding. Today, leaked photos of the Microsoft Lumia 535 have surfaced from China. The leaked images clearly carry the Microsoft brand name above the display and the name is also imprinted on the rear.
According to GSMArena, the Lumia 5xx series handsets running on Windows Phone v8.1 OS have been quite successful compared to other Lumia handsets or other smartphones running on Windows Phone OS. The specifications of the Lumia 535 has also been revealed.
The images that have originated from China are of a dummy Lumia 535 handset. Even though it is a dummy piece, it sill shows how the actual handset would appear. According to WMPoweruser, the Lumia 535 is a dual SIM handset.
The Lumia 535 features a 5-inch display screen that supports resolution of 540 x 960 pixels as revealed by PhoneArena. By this, it becomes the first Lumia handset to feature such a resolution.
The handset is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 200 1.2 GHz quad-core processor along with 1 GB of RAM. The inbuilt storage capacity of the Lumia 535 is 8 GB. The Lumia 535 features a 5 MP camera at its rear and on the front side, it features a VGA camera.
The Microsoft Lumia 535 measures 140.2 x 72.4 x 9.32 mm. It will be available in vibrant colour options like black, white, blue, gray, orange and green. It is packed with a 1,900 mAh battery.
In the recent past, we had published that a mysterious LM-1090 Lumia device was approved by TENNA certification body from China. The handset does not support 4G LTE connectivity. However, GSMArena claims that Microsoft may release a separate single SIM 4G LTE edition. More details on the price and availability of the device is expected to be revealed this coming Tuesday.
