Microsoft Updates Surface 3 Tablet Hybrid: Aims At Larger Deployment For Business Units

After releasing Surface 3, Microsoft has released new update for the tablet and the company aims at assisting larger companies by deploying the tablet, according to their requirements. The official blog of Microsoft says that the OS Windows 8.1 Pro, incorporated in the Surface 3 is designed with rich entrepreneur features, which support simplified IT integration, top class security and domain join.

Now, the existing package of Surface 3 is enhanced for mass deployments, to meet the needs of massive organisations. When Surface 3 was launched, the major intention of Microsoft was to delight the content-consumption market rather than promoting it as a cheaper or affordable alternative to Surface Pro 3, the business focused tablet. In the mean time, the necessity is recognised and Microsoft has updated the device to make it an interactive hybrid tablet for everyone, including regular users, business people and students.

Techranker says that the pros of Surface 3 outweigh the cons with its versatility. It can be employed for online surfing, watching Television, as a laptop while trotting and a presentation tool in the meetings. It may not replace a laptop, but it is a crossover device, which combines tablet and laptop experience. Further, the company’s expectation on the Surface 3 sales record goes in line with the most wanted Pro 3. Obviously, it anticipates selling out more pieces. There is no wonder, Microsoft taking steps to make it available for larger enterprises.
