The Xbox One S is Microsoft’s latest offer for its consoles. And for “Minecraft” fans, there’s now a way to get the new console while also getting some great add-ons for “Minecraft.”

Microsoft has announced the “Minecraft” Xbox One S Favorites Bundle. This basically features a lot of the items needed to play “Minecraft” and then some more. Apart from the Xbox One S hardware and controller, the bundle also features more than 230 character skins, three texture packs and seven Mash-up packs. Of course, to get fans started, it also comes with a copy of “Minecraft Xbox One Edition.”

The good thing about this is that old players who may have been enjoying the “Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition” can make an easier jump by transferring worlds to the newer edition while also enjoying builds up to 16 times bigger than the old one.

The “Minecraft” Xbox One S bundle also features the Builder’s Pack download code, which features texture packs, the Biome Settlers Skin Pack and the Greek Mythology Mash-up Pack.

As a bonus, it will also come with the “Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta” download code and 14 days’ worth of Xbox Live Gold trial.

The “Minecraft” Xbox One S edition is already available in select retailers in the U.S. It will come at a later date in Australia and New Zealand on Nov. 1.

Mojang has also released the latest “Minecraft” Snapshot 16W38A. Detailed over Mojang’s official website, the developer stated that the new snapshot is meant to deliver a lot of bug fixes.

“The snapshot gives you a lot of bug fixes and also a new gamerule! If you are longing for new features—don’t worry, since MINECON is very close now! And during MINECON we will give you info about several new exciting 1.11 features!” said the developer in the blog.

For now, some notable changes included in the Minecraft Snapshot 16W38a include the following:

  • Poor squids shouldn’t spawn in lava anymore
  • There’s a new gamerule: maxEntityCramming
  • Mooshrooms ow really appreciate to walk on mycelium

The list of bug fixes is a lot longer, and worth checking out via the link above. As usual, those who will be sampling the new screenshot can send Mojang any spotted bugs.
