Motorola - Moto X Launch, Australia has to Wait
Motorola is all set to release a new smart phone - Moto X by the end of August or early September. This is their biggest project since Motorola was taken over from Google and expectations are high.
Moto X comes with a 4.7 inch screen with a unique feature wherein the customer can play the role of a designer - choosing the color, memory, wallpaper, a name, and even a short message.
Another feature of Moto X is the voice control, where the phone responds to the user's voice and touching of the screen is not necessary. Users can check the weather and get directions etc using this feature.
The camera of the phone is activated by twisting the wrist twice, instead of fiddling through the menu to activate the camera and losing valuable time at the opportune moment, a picture can be taken by clicking anywhere on the screen.
The active display of the phone does not blink every time a message arrives so the user is free from interruption and the constant urge to check the phone and read the new messages.
Moto X comes with a host of accessories too, the company has partnered with a number of reputed brands including SOL Republic and the accessories are being called "M4DE Motorola." The accessories include headphones, speakers, cases and docks etc. The accessories also come in custom colors to match the smart phone.
Moto X will be launched initially in the US, Canada and Latin America. Australia on the other hand may have to wait a while longer. Perhaps the company has to work out the logistics because the assembling unit is located in far away texas.
