‘Neighbours’ spoilers for Jan. 31: Toadie makes another shocking discovery; Steph comes clean to Mark
Ramsay Street faces one stunning bombshell after another on the upcoming episode of “Neighbours.” On Tuesday, Dee Bliss (Madeleine West) throws Jarrod “Toadie” Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney) another curveball when she announces that they have a daughter.
It seems Dee has been hiding their child in her room at Robinson’s all this time, confirming Mark Brennan’s (Scott McGregor) suspicions that someone else was in there. Speaking of Mark, he also gets shocked when Stephanie Scully (Carla Bonner) reveals what happened between her and Victoria Lamb ( Claudia Greenstone). Other “Neighbours” characters who will appear prominently on the Jan. 31 episode include Sonya Rebecchi (Eve Morey), Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne) and Sheila Canning (Colette Mann).
“Neighbours” also stars Karl Kennedy (Alan Fletcher), Brad Willis (Kip Gamblin), Lauren Turner (Kate Kendall), Paige Smith (Olympia Valance), Jack Callahan (Andrew Morley), Gary Canning (Damien Richardson), Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis), Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou), Amy Williams (Zoe Cramond), Piper Willis (Mavournee Hazel), Tyler Brennan (Travis Burns), Ned (Ben Hall), Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta), Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson), Ben Ian Kirk (Felix Mallard), Xanthe Canning (Lilly Van Der Meer), David Tanaka (Takaya Honda) and Leo Tanaka (Tim Kano).

“Neighbours” posted a sneak peek of Tuesday’s episode on its Facebook page. In the clip, Susan and Sheila square off about the recent incident between their families. “You attacked Ben with oranges,” Susan reminds Sheila, who argues that he was playing unfairly. Sheila accuses her of taking Ben’s side, which Susan vehemently denies.
“I thought you social justice warriors stood up for anything that was right, but of course now that it’s a Kennedy Prince, your principles go out of the window,” Sheila says. “He was a cheat and everybody saw it.” Susan orders Sheila to stop, but the Cannings matriarch continues her rants. “You should be used to that by now because what I hear all Kennedy men are cheats!” At that point, Susan loses it and sprays water on Sheila’s face. Sheila, on the other hand, retaliates by throwing mud all over Susan. The two women go out of control and continue to be at each other’s throats.
Digital Spy reports that Susan and Sheila’s argument stems from Ben and Xanthe's dodgeball match. Amid supervising the game, Sheila unleashes her competitive side leading to a fierce face-off between her and Susan. Meanwhile, Steph confesses to Mark and tells him about Victoria’s kiss. She also opens up about her feelings toward the doctor, as well as her lingering doubts about the surrogacy. The Jan. 31 episode also centres on Dee, who drops another bombshell on Toadie. It seems they have a daughter, Willow, whom Dee has been hiding in her room ever since she returned to Erinsborough.
“Neighbours” recap
On Monday, Sonya talked to Steph about her fears, seeing Toadie and Dee together. Steph assured her that Toadie loves her and that what Toadie and Dee had was all in the past. Steph also asked Sonya to give Dee a chance – she might come to like Toadie’s ex-wife. Sonya said she might, if it was really Dee.
Later, Sonya apologised to Toadie for going through his box of stuff the other day. She admitted that she found Dee’s story a bit hard to believe, and he attributed it to his ex-wife’s brain injury. The next day, Dee decided to talk to Sonya about the awkwardness between them.
Earlier, Mark went to Dee’s room at Robinson’s to get a DNA sample from her. The “Do not disturb” sign on her door made Mark suspicious, and he asked Steph about it. Steph dismissed it as a harmless quirk. However, it seemed that Mark had the right to be suspicious – when he returned at Robinson’s, there seemed to be someone else in Dee’s room. He immediately approached Steph, who was in the next room, to tell her about it. Mark was surprised to see Victoria in there, who immediately left as soon as he arrived.
What Mark didn’t know was that Victoria was there earlier, as she came to apologise to Steph for kissing her last night at The Waterhole. It happened when Steph bumped into her, who got stood up by her date again. Victoria had too many drinks and ended up kissing Steph. Completely taken by surprise, Steph stopped her and walked off. At Robinson’s, Victoria said there’s an overwhelming attraction between them and it felt like Steph wanted to kiss her back.
Meanwhile, Tyler and Piper were settling in nicely at the backpackers, thanks to Leo. However, Terese came barging in and ordered Piper to go home. The young schoolgirl insisted that she and Tyler could make it work and prove everyone wrong. Terese then turned her wrath to Leo for condoning the situation, and he just told her not to mess with him. Later, Tyler was also confronted by his brothers, who asked him to do the right thing.
The next day, Brad lashed out at Piper for shacking up with Tyler at the backpackers. It caused quite a commotion and Susan told him not to bring his family issues at school. Later, Terese and Brad talked about their situation and found that there’s nothing they could do to stop Tyler and Piper. That afternoon, Piper realised that Leo’s generosity was just his ruse to get back at Terese. Piper went by to talk to Terese and the two had an awkward conversation.
