The Samsung Galaxy S7 continues to be one of the most talked about upcoming flagships from the Korean tech company. Leaked details of a device with the codename Project Lucky are making their rounds on the Internet.

Geek Bench has confirmed the upcoming flagship smartphone will sport 3 GB of RAM; have a 1.5 GHz octa-core Exynos 8890 SoC (otherwise referred to as Mongoose) and will run on Android Lollipop 5.0.2. It’s also believed the device underwent a performance test, which resulted with a score of 1,532 in a single core performance and a 5,343 score in a multi-core performance.

The leak revealed the device could come in one of three sizes, which also suggests the Galaxy S7 might launch with three different variants. According to the report, the sizes are 5.2, 5.7 and 5.8 inches.

It was also speculated by Tech Times that one of the Galaxy S7's prototypes will boast an impressive 4K resolution. With these alleged specs, it looks like the 5.8-inch version of the unit is the best or most suitable choice. Having this much resolution on a 5.2-inch screen would be leaning towards overkill.

A known tech blogger, Steve Hemmerstoffer, has his own set of Galaxy S7 specs to share, however. He disclosed an AnTuTu benchmark that might have divulged the upcoming smartphone's actual specs.

According to his Twitter post, the Galaxy S7 or Lucky will have 64 GB of internal storage; a 5MP secondary camera; a 16MP primary camera; a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor; 4 GB of RAM; Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and a 5.7-inch Quad HD display.

"Could this be an early #Samsung's #GalaxyS7 #AnTuTu Benchmark?" Hemmerstoffer wrote.
